ShannyCakes (“we,” “us”) is a home porch bakery in Riverview, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you place an order or send a custom cake inquiry, we collect the information you provide in the form — your name, email address, and the details of your request (such as pickup day, flavors, quantity, notes, event date, and budget). We do not ask for or store payment card information on this site.

We may also collect standard, anonymous website analytics (for example, which pages are visited) to understand how the site is used. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real visitors from bots when you submit a form.

How we use your information

• To process and fulfill your order or inquiry
• To contact you about pickup details, pricing, and confirmation
• To respond to your questions

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Where your information is stored

Your information is handled by trusted service providers that help us run the site: Supabase (database and storage), Resend (email notifications to the baker), Vercel (website hosting), and Cloudflare (spam protection). Order and inquiry details are only accessible to the baker through a password-protected dashboard.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by emailing Shannon@shannycakesfl.com.

Children

This site is intended for adults placing orders. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
